I am a clinical health psychologist with a background in experimental, qualitative, and online research methods. My research interests intersect sexual health and behavior, HIV prevention, and sexual and gender minority populations. Recently, my work has focused on three main areas: 1) understanding ethical issues in sexual health and HIV prevention research and healthcare with sexual and gender minority adolescents; 2) developing in-person and eHealth/mHealth approaches to sex education and HIV prevention among adolescent and young adult men who have sex with men; and 3) examining the role of new media and technology (e.g., geosocial networking applications) in sexual minority adolescent and adult men's sexual health, romantic relationships, identity development, and well-being.[Shorten text]
